Deborah graduated from Texas A&M University, College Station, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and minor in Marketing. She has also earned a master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University.
Deborah graduated from University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2018.
LEADERSHIP & MEMBERSHIP
Deborah is a member of the Dallas and Collin County Bar Associations. Deborah is a qualified Family Law Mediator under Section 154.052(a) and (b) of the Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
For Dallas Bar Association, she serves on the Bench-Bar Committee, the Legal Ethics Committee, and volunteers for the Dallas Bar Pro Bono golf tournament. Deborah also participated in the “Bar None” Show to raise money for scholarships.
She is a member of the St. Thomas More Society, which encourages Catholic lawyers within the diocese of Dallas to live a Christian vocation by sanctifying their daily work.
Deborah volunteers for Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program (DVAP) and Legal Hospice of North Texas.
She is a member of the Texas Association of Mediators (TAM).
She is member of the following sections of the State Bar of Texas: Family Law; Alternative Dispute Resolution; Collaborative Law; LGBT Law; Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law
Deborah has been a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in Allen, Texas, since 1991.
Deborah’s community involvement includes membership in Rotary International, Allen Sunrise Chapter. She initiated and sponsored the Allen High Interact, youth club for Rotary. She served numerous Allen ISD boosters and community boards.
Deborah plays North Texas Women’s Soccer. She also enjoys yoga, tennis and skiing; and is trying to learn golf.
