How much will my divorce cost?
It is impossible to predict with accuracy how much your divorce will cost which is why we typically handle divorce cases on an hourly basis. The cost will depend on the complexity of the case and, unfortunately, the agreeability of your spouse.

Do I really need a lawyer?
Although it is possible to handle some simple legal matters without a lawyer, it is not advisable. Just like it is possible to perform medical procedures on yourself, it is usually not a good idea.

Can we have one lawyer represent the both of us?
The law permits lawyers to represent both sides of a dispute with proper disclosure and waivers; however it is never a good idea. Withers & Withers, P.C. has a policy of only representing one side of a dispute.

Can I get a second opinion on my case?
Our ethical rules only permit a lawyer to discuss a case with a person represented by another lawyer with the permission of the other lawyer.

What are your office hours?
Our office hours are 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, except major holidays.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
